Carmelite Authors 101 continues in the Fall
The Institute of Carmelite Studies will continue its lecture series entitled Carmelite Authors 101. Hosted this year at our monastery on 2131 Lincoln Road, NE in Washington, DC, it aims to provide a sound introduction to the person and writings of the most prominent authors of Carmel, including Thérèse of Lisieux, Edith Stein, Teresa of Ávila, John of the Cross, Elizabeth of the Trinity, and Lawrence of the Resurrection. The series will be repeated during the next two years at our monasteries in Brighton, MA and West Milwaukee, WI respectively. For more information, click here to see an image of the program flier.
